Some people go through a lot in life and there are those that can do so well, i.e. without a lot of bruises.....ok right! I really don't know what I'm talking about right now........
Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. Why? Well my hair is now straight, that's why and I don't like it. I DON'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!! There's a lot more to this entire situation and right about now I am just fed up....I'm depressed and fed up of all of this *****.........
Serious now....Today I had fun, but up to the point where I got into the Bank's parking lot. Well that's when I got knocked down by a car that nobody was driving. (not really....lol). My girlfriends and I went to play tennis and THAT was fun.....despite the fact that I fell and my ankle hurts a lot right about now...........I had fun......the boys....umm not so hot on tennis. Let's just say we have some potential cricketers at the College....If those guys were playing with West Indies when they came here last week, the Aussies would have been bawling.....
We even went on a road trip......:P Yea you know what I'm talking about (Driver).....

Kiddies Carnival
The 10 days of Vincy Mas (Carnival) began yesterday. Last night I went out to pizza at the Grill, in Villa, with some of my girlfriends....it was nice and the Pizza was good. There was only one problem tho......we had to eat 5 slices to be satisfied....tsk tsk.....I'm sorry more people couldn't make it....
Today was the children's day. Yes today was Kiddies Carnival in SVG. I got to town around 4:00pm to see nothing but teenagers enjoying themselves in the middle of the street....costume-less. There were very few children playing Mas (well for the band that passed)and they were accompanied by the usual people who want to steal the show away from the poor children. Gi d poor pickney dem a chance nah!!!! Dey ain goin Insomnia tonight ana!!!! People so unfair!!!!!!!!!!!!
And so much for the ropes and tight security they said that they were going to have to keep the adults off the street........
But anyways I'm only speaking from what I saw....they probably just had enough rope to reach the hospital.......
Btw, this was, by far, the most boring Kiddies Carnival I've ever went to, for more reasons than one. Can you believe they had a mas band with a truck the size of a really small car with two little speakers on it? Say they playing music.....*yawn*
This year ain't feel to right.....Freaking myself out by saying that.....so many things could happen this year to make it weird....I getting so accustomed to hearing about rape, murder and shoot outs now, it ain funny.
On another note. One that is both happy and sad. Somebody win Lotto, $591,000.00, (happy for them), and all I get is a free ticket (sad for me). The weird thing is that while I was buying my ticket, I thought to myslef, "Somebody goin win and the jackpot going back down to $60,000." You could imagine how I felt when I found out that I was right.....
Before I go I'd just like to say one last thing
I AM NOT MY HAIR!!!!!!

Blahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
Once again I'm at home and I'm bored. The internet can only do so much for me right now (seeing that my PC doesn't have a sound card....no sound!!!)
Last night I cooked peleau for the first time, and it was actually good:D...yay happy me....I can cook.......Unfortunately I'm officially the 'Peleau cooker'. Absolutely nothing fun about that now is there? Now I have to cook it all the time, not that that's a problem but I cook depending on my mood....
I'm the type of girl who doesn't know what she wants to do in life. For the past few years I have been wanting to become a pediatrician, but I'm changing my mind. I like to cook you know, and not to say that I'm terrible, I'm actually pretty good at it (don't mean to brag a lil). You think that becoming a chef (preferable pastry) would be a good career for me? I'm having lots of doubts about what I wanted to do before and it's not that I don't think it's possible but it's just that more interesting things are poppin' up.
Guess we'll see how that works out in the future, if I'm still alive that is.

What a lonely day it has been.....
Here's something I wrote this morning:
"I'm at the podium trying my best to win my side of the argument. The audience is nothing but a big empty space. I know that they are there for I can feel their stares. Now I've been asked a question or something of that sort. Impromtu? Gosh I really don't like this. i stumbled to answer causing the other team to win. I disappointed my team and I'm crying when the alarm goes off.
The sunrise blows a warm kiss of breeze over my body. I don't want to go on. Too late I've already crossed the border between sleep and being awake. The alarm continues. Constant bombardment of disapproval, negatives and double negatives on my unfortunately open ears. It's officially a daily routine.
I place comfort on the left side of my face, giving my left ear a rest from such harsh words. The sun has risen and the cockerals have sung their song. There's, as usual, the absence of a "Good morning". It all makes sense. That dream means more than I actually thought it did. It was a hint of my immediate future. Too bad I didn't have the time to figure it out. I have lost that debate, so I'm staying home today."
Yep that's it....Today was so boring. Being at home all by yourself. No one to keep me company but the PC, tv and the radio. My phone is in the car which is miles away from me. I was offered company you know.....buh that dude and I ain't so tight man......cah do that......I danced as a form of exercise....

Exams are over
Boy is a real long time I ain't update this thing bai.
My exams are finally over so now I should have all the free time in the world right? *sighs* I have lots to talk about and hopefuly I will update this blog more often. I've added some Vincy Soca songs for this year at the bottom of this page (every page i think) cuz I love Soca and soca is weeh life. Yovaz!!!
Hmmm...some of the songs are hot! Some are aite. Others are well...not so aite. Like da on from...lucky I cah remember the name....some the songs dor mek no sense whatsoever. I must give Rusty props this year. He actually managed to add another word to his songs. This year his song is now one word longer...OMG!!! You've done it man.....good job. Let's take a look at the progress that he has made throught the years.
He has moved from: "Ah rusty" (2 words) to "Jump and wine" (3 words...ah ha admit da song bin dotish but catchy) to some 4 word song....ah missin something ana. Buh anyways. This year his song is now 5 words long (or someting so) Don't you think he deserves an award?...Buh we still love you man. (only cuz you Vincy and you ain't no fag) LOL........
To all my friends.. If you ever see me rockin to that song by Rusty, bear in mind (oh please do) that it's the beat that I'm bobbin' to. Big up to the dude that made that beat. Yup I just happen to know who he is...SVG a tad bit tooooo small not to know......
I just have this feeling that this year Carnival would not be as grand for me. I hope my hypothesis is wrong. Buh all I can say is....life is wonderful isn't it? *big sarcastic grin*
